Role Overview:
The Operations Analyst is an entry level position responsible in assisting in the clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions. The overall objective of this role is to support the Equity Trading Desks and Prime Finance clients.
What you’ll do:
Perform transaction verifications to ensure accuracy of requests
Generate and match trade requests.
Complete daily tasks accurately and on time
Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
Perform regulatory controls in accordance with established policies
Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
What we’ll need from you:
Ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive and can productively add product impact to both strategic and tactical technology.
Strong risk management and control mindset
Self reliant, good problem solver, results orientated.
Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business.
Successful candidates will attend a three week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
