About the Role
Relief of the business through the administrative handling of the various fields mentioned in the main tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
Find suppliers, bundle orders, negotiate on a small scale
Maintain Master Data and support order management
Support internal customers and provide training for purchase requisitions and sales quotations
Support with other assigned financial administration duties
Monthly reports
Who we are looking for

Your preferred qualifications
Several years (2-5) of professional experience in commercially business area
Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk or comparable qualification
Good MS-Office knowledge as well as SAP knowledge
Very good written and spoken English skills are important for international cooperation
Good written and spoken German skills are preferred
Solution-oriented and accurate way of working and team player
Strong communication skills, a confident manner and assertiveness round off the profile
