EBY Paving & Construction is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator/Laborer to work on an asphalt paving crew. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Be a team player and willing to do whatever is necessary to complete projects on-time and under budget. • Work in a fast-paced, highly productive, labor-intense environment. • Produce work of only the highest quality. • Abide by all safety rules and regulations. • Ability to take direction from the supervisor and work together as a team. • Demonstrate a willingness to grow beyond a construction laborer. • Must be willing to work 40 -- 60 hours per week, in all types of weather, and some weekends. Work Qualifications and Skills: • Experience in any type of residential or commercial construction preferred. • Experience in residential or commercial paving preferred. • Experience operating asphalt paver, roller, vibratory plates, skid steers preferred. • Must have a valid PA driver's license.
