What you'll do...

Walmart is seeking a Principal or Distinguished Product Manager , Dynamic Lane Management to join our growing and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on Seller Fulfilled Business. If you are passionate about a role which sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Tech and Research Science, have built customer/seller facing 0 to 1 product, and enjoy a fast-paced role with high visibility and impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart's top executives, then this might be the right opportunity for you! In this role, you will own building and managing highly reliable and scalable products and services which will optimize delivery speed, and cost for our Worldwide Marketplace customers. This role with start as an Individual contributor and could build a team over a period of time.

The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products and services that connects sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-end shipping, delivery and returns experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams including, Marketplace and Retail Business Strategy, Product, Legal, Engineering, Research and Data Science, and other internal partners to lead the thought process, launch and manage fulfillment solutions that provide our sellers with a choice of delivery speed and cost for their offerings, and for our buyers, a best-in-class delivery experience that includes both pre and post purchase experience. You will apply a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business and product roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You'll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a dependable solution enabling them to win on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across program management, operations, and product.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You have deep expertise in 3P Transit Time Management or 3P Seller Handling Time Management and building seller and customer facing 0 to 1 products.

  • You use data to drive decisions and outcomes.

  • You obsess over your customers and develop solutions that delight them.

  • You are an operator, skilled at negotiating and managing fulfillment and delivery service providers across both domestic and cross border ecommerce business or supply chain and understand key metrics and actions that drive performance.

  • You are skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, both internal and external

  • You engage at a detailed level across key stakeholders including product, strategy, and engineering.

  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  • You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You are stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

You'll make an impact by...

  • Creating business and product strategies - Develop roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for solutions allowing sellers optimize delivery and pre-purchase experience on Walmart

  • Operating - Negotiate, manage, and drive 3P and/or WM Fulfillment network to create the best delivery experience.

  • Builder Mindset, Driving end to end ownership - Drive end-end ownership for system solutions for new features working with relevant cross-functional groups including product and engineering teams. Ensure critical business issues and product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions.

  • Working cross-functionally and across multiple geos - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.

  • Moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

  • Lead without authority and mentoring partner teams - Mentor and coach high performing partner teams without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain or related area and 8+ years' experience in Technology based product management, business operations, Operations Research, Supply chain management, or related area.

  • Experience designing/building complex supply chain technology solutions and operation metrics of such products and services in an ecommerce environment, preferably in the 3P/Marketplace environment.

  • 10+ years' experience building and leading large cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, Operations Research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

SUNNYVALE, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
