Come learn how we are crafting innovative customer experiences across the diverse landscape of the prepaid marketplace. What You'll Do You'll be an important part of our collaborative journey with the marketing, product, and sales teams. Dive into the dynamic realm of product development by crafting launch strategies and assessing the feasibility of innovative ideas. Your role involves conducting detailed research, competitive analysis, and engaging in ideation sessions to pinpoint customer needs, identify difficulties, validate product concepts, and craft compelling value propositions. Key Responsibilities Assists with the development and implementation of customer innovation for the Prepaid portfolio. Partners with cross-functional teams including product and technology, digital, creative, go to market, product marketing, consumer insights and more to implement innovation initiatives. Seeks opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer difficulties. What It Takes Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Experience or interest in Product Marketing Creative and entrepreneurial mentality Proficient using Microsoft Office tools such as Power Point and Excel. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled and pursuing Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or Entrepreneurship. At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/
