Copeland HR Business Partner in BELLUNO, Italy

Summary:

The HR Business Partner is part of the HR team and will be reporting directly to the Director HR, based in Belluno (ITA). The candidate will support HR core activities to effectively help defining organization strategies and people career path by working with transversal teams, managers and key stakeholders. He/She/They will also offer expertise in all people areas by taking care of operational activity such as dealing with employee relations, policy issues, comp. and benefit, and full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

  • Discussing and developing solutions to help management and key stakeholders to deliver their strategy and meet the KPI

  • Defining and mapping skills, teams need to achieve their objectives as well as supporting the managers and employees in identifying skills gap and way of improvement

  • Coaching managers in engaging their direct reports and leading more effectively

  • Supporting hiring needs by developing plans for recruitment, and training

  • Working closely and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help them to meet growth expectation

  • Ensuring accountability on employee relations, policy, comp. and benefit subject

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of science/arts

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources is required

  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, Metalworking contract is preferred

  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting is required

  • Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems is preferred

  • Good English knowledge, both spoken and written
