As a Digital Customer Success Operation Analyst 1 , you will be responsible for working with teams to drive and enable business growth. We lead cross-functional efforts, provide objective analysis and insights, incubate new functions, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Join our Animal, Nutrition and Health Ops team, which focuses on bringing improvements and data to all teams in the structure.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining, organizing, sanitizing and analyzing all data related to Precision Farming teams.

  • Creating personalized service models, intelligent and optimized processes.

  • Providing support on all fronts of the Precision Farming team: commercial, customer success, online and field consulting, mapping, defining and executing process flow and metrics that are capable of measuring deliveries, analyzing the process.

  • Defining processes, methodologies, flows and standards, with a view to scaling the operation. Focus on retaining and expanding the client base.

  • Maintaining and updating team KPIs, aiming for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Creating dashboards, analyses and presentations for all levels of the company, delivering results assertively.

You Bring

  • Include the main requirements for the position

  • Academic degree in Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.

  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies, project and process management, business operations, and customer success.

  • Advanced English (mandatory); basic Spanish (desirable).

  • Proficiency in building dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, and working on multidisciplinary projects with Agile methodologies. Experience in data construction and extraction using Python and APIs.

  • Positive, persistent, and resilient attitude with excellent project management skills to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

  • Strong communication, organization, time management, teamwork, and analytical skills.
