Job Title: 1st Shift - Machine Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and operating automated brake presses, bending cells, lasers, and CNC machines to manufacture stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry. The position involves working with highly automated systems, performing quality inspections, and utilizing various measuring tools.
Responsibilities
Set up, troubleshoot, and operate automated brake presses, bending cells, lasers, and CNC machines.
Load and unload parts to and from the machines.
Interpret and understand computer systems and blueprints.
Perform quality inspections of parts using tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and angle finders.
Work with Trumpf Trubend 5320 and Trubend 7050 machines, including robotic and laser measurement systems.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating lasers, brake presses, or CNC machines.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interpret and understand computer systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with fabrication and CNC machine operation.
Familiarity with Trumpf equipment is a plus.

Work Environment
The work schedule is 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday from 5am-3:30pm, with optional overtime available after training. Fridays typically offer 4-5 hours of voluntary overtime. The facility is brand new, state-of-the-art, and includes features such as an AI-integrated security system, a workout facility, a cafeteria, and modern restrooms with showers. We support a work-life balance with 11 paid holidays, including your birthday off paid, and a structured approach to managing unplanned absences.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
