AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior eCommerce Insights Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in AGCO's digital transformation journey, leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the performance of our eCommerce platform. Reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager, the Senior eCommerce Insights Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis and reporting efforts, providing actionable insights to optimize customer experience, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.

Your Impact

  • Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Lead the development of comprehensive dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, and others. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of actionable insights that inform data-driven decisions.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to online sales, website traffic, customer behavior, and other eCommerce metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Search Console and others.

  • Advanced Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods, including predictive modeling, clustering, and regression analysis, to extract meaningful insights from eCommerce data and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value to assess the effectiveness of eCommerce strategies and initiatives.

  • A/B Testing: Support with the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and multivariate tests on website elements, product listings, and promotional campaigns to optimize conversion rates and user experience.

  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, purchasing patterns, and other attributes, enabling targeted marketing campaigns and personalized recommendations.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' eCommerce activities, including pricing strategies, product offerings, promotions, and user experience, to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

  • Optimization Strategies: Identify opportunities for website optimization, including navigation improvements, content enhancements, checkout process refinement, and mobile responsiveness, to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams such as marketing, sales, brands and product management to align eCommerce initiatives with broader organizational strategies and objectives.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, translating complex data analyses into actionable strategies for enhancing eCommerce performance.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to eCommerce analytics, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in online/digital consumer marketing, B2C eCommerce, or related industries.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience using advanced data analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and SEO principles.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform advanced statistical analyses.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of project management and delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility in working at different time zones to participate in Business meetings.

  • Proficiency in English is required

  • 8+ years of Global experience driving enterprise level support.
