Oracle HR Business Partner in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Partners with business units in delivering Corporate HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR Team enabling management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

The aspiring candidate should also possess:

1. Hands on experience on Business Partnering areas, such as Strategic HR, Stakeholder Management, manage end to end employee life cycle.

2. Exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and DEI areas.

3. Working knowledge on HR Projects.

4. Strong business acumen skills and should have liaised with the business leadership.

5. The role will include Onboarding, HR Transformation, Employee relations, Performance Management, Career Management, Goals Management, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, Training & Development, Coaching, Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 to 10 years of HR generalist experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Lead and support special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of Oracle’s employee lifecycles that will assist the business to make data related decisions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Develop collateral materials for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.
