Requirements:
2+ years experience with proactive & reactive network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service affecting or potentially service affecting network events/issues
Skills/experience with Unix/Linux
MS Office Suite
General knowledge of Class 5 Switching, SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and transport connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC,DDM, etc...)
Understanding of IP Protocols, Service Applications and Multicast
Understanding of Layer 1, 2 and 3 Protocols
Understanding of Network and Performance Management
Understanding of RF and Signaling techniques
Teamwork and collaboration, strong organizational, strong English communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
