Description

Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Account Manager for its Amazon Shipping team.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve partner experience.

  2. Consult and coach partners to grow and deliver results.

  3. Gather requirements and conceptualize solutions to solve business/customer problems.

  4. Ensure adherence of business process to the internal approval framework.

  5. Monitor key program metrics and work with stakeholder teams to drive necessary actions.

  6. Manage Daily/weekly performance, build mechanisms to detect and drive down defects and work on continuous improvements.

  7. Drive compliance towards various Sales processes

  8. Provide actionable Insights for improving sales efficiency

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization

    1. Should have prior experience with working on Salesforce
