We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our SA Team. At NVIDIA, we are leading the AI computing revolution, creating innovative deep learning solutions that are transforming industries globally. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in introducing our groundbreaking GPU products to various deployments, from data centers to edge computing. What you'll be doing:
Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, from the design-in phase to end-of-life, ensuring flawless execution until system Goes-live..
Perform detailed technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and FAR issue resolution, to ensure products meet customer criteria
Offer in-depth technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design houses, ensuring ease of qualification and assisting in issues.
Work closely with customers on joint development initiatives, providing technical expertise to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Actively work towards achieving the Design Wins with Manufacturers
Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos required for system designs.
Provide onsite support to solve hardware and software problems.
Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA Datacenter products
Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure a positive end customer experience.
What we need to see:
BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry, particularly in system design or FAE support roles.
Capable of excelling in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Remarkable talent for effectively managing multiple initiatives and priorities.
Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong time-management and organizational skills for coordinating complex projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both Business and engineering teams.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
8+ years of working experience in System Design / FAE Role.
In-depth understanding of CPU, GPU and server Baseboard Designs.
Experience with ARM and NVIDIA GPU development.
Experience working with Server Manufacturers.
