1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Operations Team.
This is a key position within a rapidly growing enterprise. High performers in this role have an opportunity to quickly assume additional responsibilities, develop their knowledge and understanding of our business model, and have preferred access to promotional opportunities! The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Benicia, CA.
Design, create and analyze reports for various elements of the operations
Collaborate with franchisees, developing solutions to optimize operations, efficiency, and profitability
Provide updates on performance & updates to initiatives within the team
Deliver training content to existing and new franchisees
Ideal Candidate:
Operations background, acute attention to detail
Receptive and interested in learning and progressing within a fast-growing business network
Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams to accomplish goals
Ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaborating in a team
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month
A great sense of humor is always a big plus!
BA/BS in a Business or Operations field (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SQL knowledge preferred)
Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus
