We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager specializing in supply chain replenishment to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and replenishment strategies. They will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of our supply chain replenishment products to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for supply chain replenishment solutions, aligning with overall business objectives and market demands.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in supply chain replenishment.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and sales to gather and prioritize product requirements based on market insights and customer feedback.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for supply chain replenishment products.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, customers, and internal teams.

Testing and Validation: Coordinate user testing and validation activities to gather feedback and iterate on product designs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of supply chain replenishment products, implementing continuous improvements as needed.

Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support internal teams and customers in effectively using supply chain replenishment products.
