Maxim Healthcare in Northern VA is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse to work with an Adult patient in their own home. The patient is a 41 year old male and has a Catheter. He is located in Bentonville, VA. Available shift times are:
Thursdays 12pm-6pm
Wednesdays/Thursdays 9pm-5am
Fridays/Saturdays 9pm-9am
Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays 9pm-5am
Many PRN shifts would be available as well (Mornings, Afternoons, and Nights).

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/RNin the state in which the LPN/RNwill practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
