We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Head of Teamcenter DevOps (f/m/d)” to lead our newly formed organization within Siemens Mobility GmbH. The chosen candidate will be crucial in driving our business transformation by replacing SAP PLM with Teamcenter in a global program impacting 15,000 users.

What do you contribute?

  • You will lead a team of 20 people (functional and disciplinary) globally (Germany, Czech and India) which is responsible to ensure seamless releases and reliable, performant service operations.

  • Also, you will take ownership of the project's success together with the Project Lead by implementing DevOps operation of the Teamcenter system, ensuring alignment with PLM processes, data management, and document management requirements.

  • In addition, you will ensure the integration within the IT architecture, including authoring tools, ALM toolchains, and ERP interfaces.

  • By doing so, you will manage legacy Teamcenter systems during the transformation.

  • Next to this, you will cultivate strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, leveraging networks to drive project success and address challenges.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, explaining complex situations and technical details in a clear and concise manner.

  • Next to this, you will develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for relevant DevOps initiatives and will collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define strategic objectives.

What do you bring along?

  • You bring in a master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Next to this, you do have long-term professional experience within the IT Solution Architecture and complex system operation. Advanced knowledge in ITIL is a must.

  • Also, you bring in extensive experience with Teamcenter and SAP PLM and a proven track of record of collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.

  • Strong understanding of PLM business processes and document management challenges.

  • In addition, you do have experience in leading a team (functional and disclipinary), excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluency in German and English round off your sound profile.
