PATIENT SERVICES LEAD - IMMUNOLOGY/HAE

The PATIENT SERVICES LEAD - IMMUNOLOGY/HAE leads and drives excellence in the patient service team and supports programs across all business units, working together with all relevant local functions and global/international teams. Responsible for development and successful execution of local solutions, with guidance from global/international teams. Reports to the Head Patient Services DACH.
25% of the time:
- Assess and monitor impact and execution of current patient service offerings, including feedback from service users and stakeholders such as HCPs, payers and patient organizations.
15% of the time:
- Develop, lead and implement best-in class patient support programs across all brands in alignment with local (internal/external) stakeholders and the Global Patient Support stakeholders. Assess and monitor local legal and regulatory environment relevant to patient support programs. Work with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory to adhere to obligations.
25% of the time:
- Manage third party patient support providers, ensure quality delivery and manage associated budget
15% of the time:
- Create and deliver a plan to expand patient support programs to cover maximum patients.Develop and track other KPIs associated with patient support.
10% of the time:
- Develop relationships with leading nurses in relevant therapeutic areas. Organize training regarding our disease areas and services.
10% of the time:
- Share best-practices with local and international team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Medical diploma (nurse, clinical officer, doctor) is preferred, alternatively degree-qualified, preferably in a scientific discipline
Experience in pharmaceutical industry (>5yrs) is required, including intimate knowledge of industry code of conduct and relevant legislation for interaction with patients
Experience with the design and implementation of patient support programs is preferred
Strong understanding of the patient support environment
Proven project management experience
Excellence command of written and spoken English
Knowledge of any local language is an asset
Experience in market access, patient organizations and external affairs desirable

well versed in MS-Office Packet (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
