Join us at Mondelēz as an intern in 2025 and taste of the future in the FMCG industry, while working on your professional development and growth. We are seeking a Project Engineering Intern with a passion for business development.
This role combines taking part in project development and handling administrative tasks by using digital tools to drive impactful results and empower teams to excel in their daily operations. All with the support of your department, and individually assigned mentor & buddy that will enable your growth.
Key Responsibilities:
During your internship, you will take responsibility for a project that you can plan and design yourself.
With our help, you have the opportunity to get involved creatively in problems and find technical solutions.
We give you the space to develop yourself and take your first steps in your career.
Gain real life experience handling administration and data management.
Enhance your communications skills by performing trainings to suppliers and expand overall knowledge of processes within manufacturing in the FMCG industry.
What You Will Bring:
Fluent in English and conversational level of German.
Bachelor’s degree or final-year studies in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial), Food Technologist or Process Engineer, STEM fields, or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience with digital tools such as AutoCAD, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS office. *Advantageous
Open communication and a practical, action-oriented approach.
We expect a high degree of independence and drive from you to tackle things.
