Philips Internship: Services Center of Excellence in Best, Netherlands

Join an exciting Portfolio team leading projects across Philips Services and Solutions Delivery organization. Become part of the team delivering a large scope of transformational programs with global impact, across all Philips process domains (Idea to Market, Market to Order and Order to Cash), all supporting our objective of creating great services, with outcome-based solutions. Focus initially on the end to end, global, service operations process as to integrate additional businesses and markets.

As an intern in Services and Solutions team, you will get an opportunity to work with a very fast-paced global business transformation team. This team influences the way how Philips works with its customers. You will get a chance to interact and work with people across the planet.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting release lifecycle activities such as template validations, requirement management, UAT.

­ Planning key events and activities.

­ Manage agenda, calendar invitations etc.

­ Update Azure test-cases, dashboards, queries.

­ Support in tracking and reporting project and activity progress.

  • Participating in and supporting key business improvement initiatives relevant during the tenure of the internship.

  • Supporting Communities of Practise, Change Management and Training initiatives as needed.

  • Supporting Business Process Experts in preparing training and process documents.

  • Supporting functions such Q&R function with quality and regulatory documents.

  • Preparing various reports, dashboards etc. as demanded by the business.

  • Optimize time and seek opportunity to onboard new tasks when possible.

You are a part of

The Services and Solutions Transformation Office, a team bringing together all Services & Solution Delivery (S&SD) related projects under a coordinated portfolio. You will join S&SD program within the service delivery portfolio. Key elements of the portfolio include customer self-service, catalog management, configure/price/quote, workforce management, service mobility, case/work-order management, and knowledge management. Scope includes resources in multiple functions including R&D, Marketing, Business Process, IT, Philips University and Compliance. You will be joining a highly

motived, experienced, and dedicated global team; frequently working with different countries, cultures and time zones.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- Bachelor degree student for Business, Communications, Technical, Computer science

  • good exposure to computers, with experience using the Microsoft suites (Excel, word, Outlook, teams)

Our intern remuneration package:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net

  • Paid holidays per internship term.

  • The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop
