Attorney opportunity!!! Robert Half Legal is proud to work with an emerging Beverly Hills boutique law firm opened by former Koletsky Mancini partners in 2021. The firm already has a large and continually growing book of local business relating to real estate litigation, business litigation (contract disputes), and some employment defense.
This firm is looking for an associate attorney to come in so they can continue taking on more clients and growing! This is an incredible opportunity for an attorney who wants autonomy, high-level cases, and the chance to come into the firm and go for partnership potential. The ideal attorney is genuinely interested in litigating cases and enjoys being an attorney.
Responsibilities of Role:
Ideally, this person will be managing their own cases between 5-10 files.
This person will be handling the steps of litigation.
There will be collaboration and the attorneys work together on litigation strategy.
Discovery.
Depositions.
Law and motion.
Mediations.
Trial exposure is possible, they have trials coming up and typically do a few trials a year with four pending in the next 6 months.
Hours: 9-6 generally, 1850 billable hour requirement.

Compensation:
Salary range $170,000 to $250,000 DOE
Bonus – based on billable hours and discretionary, merit-based.

Requirements
Keys/Must haves:
3+ years of law firm and litigation experience
ideally something more nuanced than a personal injury.
Being able to hit the ground running.
Understands this is a smaller firm and they may have a few different “hats” to wear.
