Insight Global Executive Assistant in Beverly Hills, California

Job Description

A music industry client of Insight Global is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in Beverly Hills. This role will be fully on site and will be supporting a CEO and Vice President. This person will be responsible for calendar management, expense tracking, studio and property management, meeting vendors, preparing business reports, and supporting events. The team needs an individual who is detailed oriented, constantly updating the assistant guide, and organized, to keep up the schedules for two high level executives while operating with discretion.

Skills and Requirements

Must haves

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • 2+ Years of experience with calendar management

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time

management

  • Working knowledge of the music, entertainment, or media industry

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience working with Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe null
