Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: Binghamton, NY
Pay Range: $33-$37/hr
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain proper function of all systems.
Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification.
Valid driver’s license.
