Description:
One of TEKsystems's clients, a financial institution based in Birmingham, AL is looking for 3 Desktop Support Technicians to join their team.
Initially, the candidate will be an integral part of the Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade project that kicked off last week. The candidates will need to have 3-5 years of experience providing desktop support. Since this role is part of an upgrade, the candidates will need to have experience imaging computers, specifically with SCCM and ideally experience with an OS upgrade.
Besides project-specific activities, the candidates will be providing standard desktop support to the internal end users either onsite or remote users. Customer service and relationship-building with the internal users is paramount.
