Your Role;

As our Global Executive Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading our organization's efforts in cultivating relationships with C-suite executives and establishing strategic partnerships with leading organizations. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global presence and driving our long-term success.

Location: remote based in the UK, with potential for regional and global travel.

What You'll Do;

  • Facilitate executive-level engagements and networking events to build and nurture relationships with key buyer audiences.

  • Plan and execute high-profile networking events, conferences, and workshops to facilitate knowledge exchange and relationship-building among members.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality content and educational programs tailored to the needs and interests of executive network members.

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities to enhance our global footprint and drive mutual value creation.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align partnership activities with our overarching business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our executive engagements and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Bring;

  • Over 6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration executive networking, and strategic partnership management.

  • Deep understanding of executive leadership dynamics, business trends, and industry challenges.

  • Proven track record of success in building and managing executive engagements and strategic partnerships.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Global mindset and cultural sensitivity with experience working across diverse geographies and organizational cultures.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
