This role is also responsible for managing and guiding the MEU Innovation Marketing team in the total I2M process. It is critical to bring the total supply chain perspective into Innovation projects

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Guide the team to take project risks into the right forums to get the appropriate support or sign off.

  • Ensure that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimising waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system.

  • Lead budget management, resource planning and utilisation. Maintain a strong and uncompromising approach to recruitment that is fair and minimises gaps through regular and effective succession/flight/bench discussions.

  • Proactively take part in the PCM ELT, leading initiatives and improvements which will benefit the whole PCM community

  • Be a key point of contact and form links between MEU marketing and PCM

  • Facilitate the delivery of Innovation pipeline planning alongside marketing

  • Partner the Innovation lead to lead the team, support team initiatives and development

  • Ensure the Innovation PCM managers and teams are fully equipped to be able to deliver a consistently high standard of project delivery through the best training, coaching and development planning

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate processes and tools

  • In conjunction with your team- an ability identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to senior stakeholders

  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making

  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners

  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving and dealing with ambiguities

  • Proven experience in project management methodology

  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members

  • Leads the team in excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations, as well as managing strict timelines

  • Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery

This is a 12 month secondment

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
