A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of investment banking experience ; MBA degree and 3 years of investment banking or closely related experience Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell-side M&A Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations Analytical and financial modeling skills Client Management skills Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
