Sea Foam International, Inc. Marketing Specialist in Bismarck, North Dakota

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-office position only. We will not entertain any applicants that desire a remote working opportunity. Applicant must live in or near Bismarck, ND for daily working commutes to the office.

**[Position Scope: [The Marketing Specialist will support Sea Foam Internationals (SFI) Market Strategy in Canada, Mexico, and other parts of the world. The Specials is primarily responsible for SFIs marketing and communications strategies. The Specialist assists in developing and executing market entry strategies, including analyzing country risks as well as market and competitive intelligence. The Specialist prepares global and localized marketing plans, budgets, and calendar of campaigns/events.

**[Responsibilities: [1.[ Set and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy and budget, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.

[2.[ Formulate and implement marketing policies and procedures.

[3.[ Assist in locating, retaining, and coordinating the marketing professionals needed in order to enter new international markets.

[4.[ Assist in creating, obtaining, and maintaining translated material including sales/marketing assets, product labels, Safety Data Sheets, training material and other documents.

[5.[ Track and communicate project milestones.

[6.[ Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.

[7.[ In coordination with other team members, manage media providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers.

[8.[ Collaborate and integrate with sales team, including providing tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively.

[9.[ Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives.

[10.[ Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives.

[11.[ In coordination with other team members, manage and refine SFIs website and social media presence.

[12.[ Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

[13.[ Source and utilize data for marketing campaigns.

[14.[ Establish and grow target markets by maximizing customer value and satisfaction.

**[Education and Experience:

[1.[ Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or related field or applicable experience is required.

[2.[ 2+ years of experience in marketing field is required.

[3.[ Experience working with cross-functional team is preferred.
