What You Will Do :
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Operations Analyst will configure, manage, and operate the UiPath RPA environments; support and manage release and change management for automations that are being completed, promoted and executed; support the onboarding of attended and developer users; manage the schedules of unattended automations; coordinate monitoring, auditing, and reporting activities against Orchestrator; and work with the technical and architecture teams to support development activities.
What You Will Need :
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
Bachelor’s degree
ONE (1) or more years of experience with bachelors degree
Additional FOUR (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
Assists on small to mid-sized, moderately complex projects or task-related activities
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
TWO (2) or more years development experience
ONE (1) or more years of experience with AI/automation, analytics, business, technology or digital strategy projects
ONE (1) or more ERP experience (e.g., SAP)
ONE (1) or more years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) clients; Federal experience preferred
TWO (2) or more years of RPA management, development, architecture, or orchestrator experience for both attended and unattended automation in UiPath
TWO (2) or more years of experience with release management and/or change management as a developer, analyst, scrum leader, or project manager
Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques.
Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
Ability to understand and communicate the concepts of the solution This includes network requirements, event monitoring solution, ticketing system and the associated integration bridges between those systems
Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
The annual salary range for this position is $63,200.00-$113,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
