How You Will Make Contributions That Matter... * Interprets
specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties accordingly.
* Inspects products; verifies conformance to specifications and quality
standards. * Establishes and revises work procedures to meet production
schedule. * Communicates company and department information to
subordinates through production meetings and forms of written
communication. Directs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to
repair products, which fail to meet standards. Analyzes, interacts with
and assists production personnel with resolving production issues as
needed. * Ensures all safety policies and procedures are enforced;
active member of safety team. * Monitors sanitation in all areas
including hand washing, proper drain cleaning, and equipment cleaning;
Communicates with personnel on all shifts to ensure sanitation
requirements, along with documentation, are maintained. * Works with
the Plant Manager, Production Manager and the Human Resource Department
to resolve employee relations issues. * Maintains employee time and
attendance records in coordination with Human Resources. Conducts
performance reviews for production workers in the department. *
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, communication, decision-making
and team skills; Remains approachable and accessible to employees at all

You.... * Associate\'s degree in Operations Management, or equivalent
experience. * One to three years of supervisory experience in a food
packaging environment, preferred. * Ability to define problems, collect
data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. * Familiarity with
Good Manufacturing Practices. * Experience leading and following
Safety/Security Policies and Procedures. * Proficient with ERP
solutions, SAP preferred. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and
computer-based applications. * Excellent verbal/written communication
skills. * Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to
detail. * Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across
multiple functions and disciplines. * Ability to select, lead, coach,
influence, motivate, develop, engage and retain a team of employees. *
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (4pm-4am), and work every other weekend,
in support of plant operations. * Salary Range: \$70,050-\$91,950 -
