Responsibilities: Responsibilities of a youth and adult mentor include assisting participants in group or individual skill-building activities both in Aptiv\'s facility and in community settings. There may be a need to assist with personal care tasks. You may be required to transport participants to and from services or within the community both in your own vehicles and Aptiv\'s vehicles.
