Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry in Bloomington, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in charge of managing customer interactions, resolving service issues, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding order status, product details, warranty information, and more.

• Accurately processing and fulfilling orders for stock products and accessories.

• Working closely with the sales team to address and resolve sales and service-related issues proactively.

• Documenting all customer interactions and actions taken in Salesforce.com.

• Investigating and resolving any issues related to mis-shipments, financial matters, or product history.

• Providing internal support for the manufacturing facility by communicating with customers for order clarification and necessary changes to custom orders.

• Keeping customers updated regarding product delivery commitments.

• Undertaking special projects as assigned by the management.

• Utilizing your skills in administrative assistance, data entry, written communication, email correspondence, phone system operations, and Office Suite (Excel and Word).

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, with demonstrated ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.

• Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.

• Experience with Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent Written Communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence, handling detail oriented communications effectively.

• Familiarity with Phone System operations, handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Experience working in a detail oriented Office setting, demonstrating detail orientation and adaptability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and reporting.

• Experience with Salesforce.com, managing customer relationships and tracking interactions.

• Typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM, ensuring efficiency in documentation and correspondence.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including creating, editing, and formatting documents. TalentMatch®
