Do you enjoy having strategic conversations on the phone and making outbound calls? Humera is currently looking for customer service representatives to perform market research interviews (via phone) for our client in Bloomington. This is a long term contract position. The representatives are responsible for calling out to an existing client base, you will not be cold calling. You will be helping companies improve their customer experience by conducting market research surveys. The information that interviewers learn is used to improve products and services, or create new ones. (These are scripted calls in a call center environment with warm outbound leads). These positions are fully on-site in Bloomington (easily accessible by light rail) and have mandatory two-week (no absence) training periods. Duties
Accurately record information obtained
Follow a pre-approved script
Tactfully rebuttal rejection
Utilize a professional, clear phone voice
Be able to meet dials per hour expectations and completion quotas
Navigate through an organization to speak with a variety of titles (from maintenance people to farmers to doctors and CEOs)
Requirements
Technically focused
Strong MS Office skills
Strong communication skills
Reliable, driven to succeed
Ability to transcribe calls at a minimum of 40 - 49 WPM, preferred
Previous computer experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
