Description

Work Schedule: 3 days a week - flexible scheduling - must be able to work from Blue Bell, PA office . Will split time between recruiting and background investigations to assist existing staff and cover absences.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience recruiting hourly, part-time, seasonal workforce preferred.

  • Ability to execute successful sourcing strategies and maintain strong professional networks.

  • Demonstrate dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills, adapt to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge of MS Office, ATS database management, internet searches and job boards.

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, or relevant years of experience in recruiting, call center, customer service or backgrounds experience.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Actively assist in recruiting candidates in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

  • Arrange candidate interviews.

  • Utilize various social media and professional networking platforms and sourcing strategies.

  • Maintain a database of candidate records.

  • Meet regularly with management to understand staffing model and growth projections.

  • Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions when available .

  • Maintain and process an assigned case load, Research criminal histories and court filings/procedures utilizing a proprietary operating system to process requests and produce reports
