Responsibilities
Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system. Verify order details, check inventory, and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill orders.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email to provide updates on order status, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve order-related issues, including discrepancies, delays, and returns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Data Entry: Input and update customer and order information in the system, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering excellent service and support throughout the order lifecycle.
