Job Description

We are looking for an Outreach Analyst to provide customer service support at Outreach events throughout the State. This position will be part-time and o nsite .

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers and potential customers at outreach events throughout the State with inquiries regarding the Program

  • Combine product knowledge, good work ethic, effective time management, and customer service skills to meet performance standards that positively reflect the Clients image

  • Prepare outreach activity reports and provide feedback to assist with program improvements

  • Perform other duties or special projects as required

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Strong face-to-face or phone customer service experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing

  • Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service

  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to use internet applications and Microsoft Office Products

  • Ability to research and analyze information

  • Strong time management skills

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish Speaker

Special Notes:

  • Flexible work schedule including weekends

  • Statewide travel required, which may include overnight stays

  • Final candidates for this position will need to successfully complete a drug test and background investigation

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
