Support Analyst 7*24 (Monitoring)

Scope: Full-time | Office: Bogotá| On site
How a day to day would look like in this role:
Proactively supervise systems and services to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
Use monitoring tools to supervise system performance, availability, and security.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any incidents or outage.
What we need to see from you
Profile: Technical or technological education in systems or related fields. With approximately one (1) year of experience and knowledge working as an operations and monitoring analyst for on-premises platforms and Office365 services. This role requires full-time dedication to ensure the performance, security, and availability of critical IT services.
Required skills: Knowledge of supervising tools, ITSM, and SLA resolution.
Important availability for 24/7 on-site support.
