What You Can Expect
The Inventory Sr Analyst will be responsible for executing organizational cadence and accountability for actions impacting inventory. Support monthly inventory reviews with local leadership teams to drive accountability in inventory actions and manage risks in inventory planning assumptions. This job position will analyze the details and provide action plans that mitigate excess inventory through business partnering with planners, business unit directors and operations and finance leadership team in order to drive results within multiple levels of the organization. The inventory analyst will be the regions inventory expert for FG inventory management in Node 1 DC. The diligence will be in the detail.

Focus on achieving inventory budget goals
Demonstrated experience in reviewing and eliminating excess and obsolete materials in warehouse
Provide analysis of inventory to business partners and leader
Drive for continuous process improvement
Facilitate and lead monthly inventory reviews
Provide monthly detailed commentary on inventory changes and expectations for rest of the (fiscal) year
Analyze inventory levels above SS or ROP targets and make recommendations
Facilitate root cause analysis on inventory anomalies
Track action plans
Complete inventory projection for their area
Manage safety stock process
Manage distribution center ABC code process
Support in identifying and execution of E&O process

Your Background
English proficiency required (C1)
Minimum of Bachelor Degree
5 to 7 years of related experience with a proven record of strong performance
Successful experience with completing complex, high pace projects
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to use quantitative analyses to translate business data into concise and compelling actions
Wide range of computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP, JDE, XA preferred)
Negotiation skills and management via influence
Effective communication and partnering skills
