Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible support financial activities including corporate reporting control, also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, support for some activities assigned to other members in the team, and support Projects and initiatives.
Provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas;
Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Recommends solutions for accounting issues.
Understanding controls applicable in the process
Support on Corporate reporting
Fulfillment of Compliance requests/testings
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
You should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience accounting experience.
Knowledge of general accounting processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge.
Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements. These competencies are critical as this role will initially be part of the finance & accounting team’s pool of flex talent during onboarding, to be deployed to the permanent position once readiness criteria are met and role has been identified.
Desired Qualifications
SAP knowledge and working experience.
Experience in shared services is desirable.
Experience in a Global Accounting for a large multi-state company.
Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.
Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
Intermediate English desired.
