The Role
Lovevery is looking for an Associate, Product Development to join the Physical Product Development team. An Associate will support Product Development Managers (PDM) with daily tasks and in-depth interactions with cross functional teams required to bring the products from concept to reality through a fast paced, cross-functional product development cycle. Cross functional teams include Innovation, Design, Testing, Engineering, Marketing, Content Creation, Operations, and Manufacturing. This position will report directly to the Product Development Manager.
Responsibilities
Support Product Development Managers for the daily operations to bring new products to market
Work closely with overseas Sourcing and Engineering teams to track product quotes and sample deliveries
Keep the COGS sheet up to date with the Sourcing team for PDM
Project manage the creation of printed materials, working with writers, Product Team, and Creative Team to develop Play Guides and game instructions
Work with Quality, Compliance, Packaging Engineers, and Graphics Team to create necessary Warning and Instructions sheets and distribution packaging materials
Manage creation and/or acquisition of outsourced product assets such as illustrations or stock photos
Coordinate with Marketing Team for creating necessary marketing materials
Create and maintain work tickets in Asana with Creative Team
Be the driver for the SKU creation and replacement parts planning with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience
Create Product Description sheets for new products
Work closely with EU and APAC operations teams for product globalization projects
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Quality and Compliance teams to ensure the products meet the global regulatory requirements
Manage SKU creation for international items and assist EU and APAC teams for Purchase Order creations
Manage translation requests and maintain the translation database
Facilitate Product Team meetings (i.e. Stand up etc) and be the point of contact in the absence of PDM
Collaborate closely with Customer Experience (CX) team to ensure the Product Encyclopedia site is up to date and provide product training to the CX team

About You
Bachelor's degree preferred and ideally with the experience in physical product development management
Experience in managing the creation of printed materials including copy, photos and illustrations is a plus
Interest in working with operation teams and overseas manufacturers
Extreme attention to, and care for, detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and adjust priorities based on the circumstances
Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
Ability to work and remain adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with using Adobe Illustrator is a plus
