Western Aircraft Aviation Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience at Western Aircraft by providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services. It is the expectation that all customer requests will be performed in a timely, professional manner. This person will act as the face of Western Aircraft and be the first point of contact for all visitors.

Schedule- Thursday-Monday, 1PM-9PM

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answers telephones, takes and relays messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner

  • Documents service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form

  • Coordinates customer lodging accommodation requirements

  • Insures rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival

  • Greets arriving/departing customers

  • Facilitates customer and vendor catering requests

  • Communicates service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio

  • Informs customers of other services provided by Western Aircraft

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a customer service role

Other Prerequisites

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge

  • Valid Driver’s license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level. Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
