Full time and part time kitchen cook/chef in a dining hall atmosphere.
Experience in food production, self-starter, critical thinker,
multi-tasker, preparing 2 entrees per day for independent senior dining.
Culinary arts training helpful. Good communication skills necessary.
Both are needed to give direction and specific work assignments. Follow
instructions and prepare recipes. Preferred ServeSafe certified but will
train. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Knowledge of equipment, sanitation and
quality control. Time management important.
Salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
