Description
Robert Half is currently seeking a Finance Manager for a local non-profit!
Responsibilities:
• Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and expenses.
• Safeguard revenue through effective internal control measures.
• Develop and maintain accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Provide cost savings recommendations and contribute to the financial health of the organization.
• Carry out budgeting and forecasting for the organization, acting as the subject matter expert for budgetary decisions.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Refine and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Finance and Executive Committees, and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of grant accounting procedures is necessary.
• Applicant should have experience in budget processes, including planning, management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes is essential.
• Non-Profit experience is helpful.
