Process Improvement Consultant I or II, DOE
Remote Opportunity for residents of OR, WA, ID and UT
Primary Job Purpose
The Process Improvement Consultant (Health Equity Programs) plays a key
role on the Health Equity delivery team by coordinating and delivering
on Cambia\'s health equity strategy to improve equitable health outcomes
for our members. This role is responsible for supporting health equity
initiatives and projects through advanced project management, process
improvement and change management methods.

members. The Health Equity team is looking for an individual who is
passionate about using data and strong project management & process
improvement skills to execute and deliver on goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience developing project plans and facilitating
cross-functional work groups and efforts to ensure projective
objectives are achieved.
- Basic understanding of the role health equity, social determinants
of health and culturally responsive care play on individual or
population health care journeys
- Experience in supporting new program development and infrastructure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and
written) with a customer service orientation.
- Functional competencies include Project Management, Process
Improvement, Change Management, Planning and Organizational Skills,
and Presentation to all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience working with business sponsors and partners
to identify and implement solutions.
- Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve defined deliverables and
be able to work effectively with clients.
General Functions and Outcomes
- Works closely with health equity program leaders and stakeholders to
ensure program goals are achieved.
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects. Prepares and
presents project plans and status reports to organizational
leadership, project teams and client/customer groups.
- Responsible for initiative outcomes through effective project
planning, process improvement facilitation, and stakeholder
engagement and communication
- Define, collect and analyze metrics to ensure projects are on
target.
- Proactively recommend courses of action to promote improved member
experience and outcomes.
- Stays current on health equity developments and priorities across
the industry.
- Ensures timely resolution of problems within the scope of the
assignment.
- Performs data collection, research, analysis and reporting in
support of health equity programming.
- Assists in the development of health-equity focused,
culturally-specific or - responsive trainings and provide technical
assistance to teams in implementing processes and evaluation
techniques.
- Prepares program communications and updates for distribution to
various audiences.
Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above:
Process Improvement Consultant I (Health Equity Programs) would have
a/an bachelor\'s degree in healthcare related field and two years of
experience in supporting healthcare improvement initiatives, data
analysis, or a similar position or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
Process Improvement Consultant II would have a/an Bachelor\'s degree
in Business Administration and six years of experience in leading,
developing and managing process improvement initiatives, process
analysis, or a similar position or equivalent combination of education
and experience.

The expected hiring range for a Process Improvement Consultant I is
\$95,000 - \$110,000 for a Process Improvement Consultant II is
\$110,000 - \$120,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and
training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and
work location. The bonus target for these positions is 15%. The current
full salary range for the Process Improvement Consultant I role is
\$85,000 - 140,000 for Process Improvement Consultant II, is
\$103,000 - \$168,000.#LI-remote
