Job Description Summary
This role is an integral part of the Lamb Weston HR function, focused on
LMS administration and instructional design for the Talent and
Organization Development Center of Expertise which includes Talent
Acquisition, DEI, Learning and Development, Change Management, Talent
Management and Team Member Engagement.
Boise, ID Area Remote.
Job Description
- Responsible for supporting the Manager of Talent and Learning
Management Systems with instructional design, LMS support,
documenting, pulling data and creating reports focused on these
needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging
and effective e-learning courses and support the Learning and
Development team with the deployment and follow-up of Instructor-led
courses, E-learning, and hybrid courses.
- Use business acumen with the ability to answer important
organizational questions and identify underlying themes and patterns
that can aid in decision-making and drive future organizational
policy and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the business to analyze and understand learning
needs.
- Work with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional
materials, including e-learning courses, training modules, and
multimedia content.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and
effective learning experiences.
- Incorporate adult learning theories and best practices in
instructional design.
- Select appropriate instructional technologies and tools to enhance
learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in instructional
design.
- Ensure alignment of instructional materials with learning objectives
and organizational goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make
continuous improvements.
- Manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively to meet
deadlines.
- Compile HR data and metrics from various sources, including Human
Resource Information Systems (HRIS), using both reactive and
predictive analysis.
- Efficiently carry out data preparation/data modeling necessary for
visualization purposes and present findings to the Talent and
Organizational Effectiveness COE and the HR Service Center.
- Effectively manage case management queue for end-user report
requests.
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR
system projects supporting the overall HR strategy.
- Perform data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
- Provide an exemplary customer-centric experience resulting in the
hi hest level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage time-sensitive material and version control to ensure
documents are in place and timely.
- Using HR metrics and reporting in daily work.
