What You Can Expect
Work with a broad, cross-functional team of providers, genetic counselors, nurse navigators, IHT, pathology, cardiothoracic surgery, and other medical professionals along with the director of oncology pharmacy to develop a pharmacist-led PMP
Develop relationships with testing vendors
Identify and evaluate labs for testing, collaborating to test, streamline testing processes, and ensure appropriate testing
Collaborate with IHT to integrate Epic Aura with existing systems
Consult, make recommendations and serve as a resource for the Tumor Board
Provide clinical education and work to establish/improve patient education on tests and results
Requirements
Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
Certification in Pharmacogenomics is preferred
