The Regional Civil Engineering lead we are seeking will be based in
Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, confident in
their ability to build and lead a local civil engineering team. The
candidate will be highly skilled in civil engineering, have an
established network within the region, and be adept at business
development. Our goal is to grow our civil engineering work in the
greater Boise area, and this individual will be a key player in this
growth and working with the firms current engineering leadership.
What you will bring to the table:
ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited
degree in Civil Engineering.
12+ years of job-related experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the state in which Cushing Terrell
is hiring.
Current NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and
Surveying) license.
Strong ability and enthusiasm to build and lead a regional civil
engineering team and collaborate closely with other design
disciplines.
Highly skilled at project and program management and delivery.
Proven experience in land development, transportation, and municipal
civil engineering.
Established business development network and skillset at the local
and regional levels.
Expert knowledge and skills of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proficient with WaterCAD or equivalent modeling software, Autodesk
Storm and Sanitary Analysis, ArchGIS, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft
Office Suite, including Teams.
Proficient technical writer.
