How Will You Contribute to the Company?\
Senior Manager of PCN Business Analytics is responsible for defining,
measuring, and delivering key business analytics to assist the BEWS
Chief Sales Officer and other functional organizations. The role will
work to centralize all sales reporting across Cradlepoint, Dedicated
Networks, and Ericom.\
\
What Will You Do?
- Will produce critical sales KPIs, coordinate quarterly business
review materials, and centralize the forecast metrics process
- Assist CSO and Sales Leaders with the strategic planning efforts
looking 2-3 years ahead to ensure growth objectives are achieved
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality
and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist sales
management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement
- Produce weekly materials for the Chief Sales Office staff sessions
- Align with the Partner leadership to generate and monitor sales
views per channel dimensions and QBRs

Qualifications\
Minimum Qualifications:
- Eight to fifteen (8-15+) years of progressive international sales
operations experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of BEWS systems including (PowerBI, salesforce, Adaptive)

Your Pay:\
\
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary
offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to,
location, the candidate\'s combination of job related knowledge,
qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.\
\
\$119,700.00 - \$222,300.00\
\
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This
variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to
goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team.
