We seek a passionate, self-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help
build our teams! One of the most important things we do as a Company is

functions of our Global Team. We are looking for someone who is

What Will You Do?\
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this role offers a huge opportunity
to make a difference and have a positive impact on the company. Here are
some of the things he/she will own and do daily:
- Care for Candidacy - partner with our Global Talent Acquisition
Partners to ensure our interview process is well coordinated and
effective, and candidates leave their interviews with a great
impression of the Company
- Organize - ensures all job interviews, interview agendas, and
candidates\' flights are scheduled in a timely and well-thought-out
manner
- Trusted Advisor - acts as the Talent Acquisition Partners\' go-to
person for assistance and ensures everything goes smoothly for all
interviews
- Team Collaborator - work closely with colleagues across the TA and
Talent Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of
candidate interviews, requisition creation, management, and overall
TA procedures
- Promote and ensure best practices are followed during applicant
tracking, interviewing, and hiring throughout the global TA process
- Ensure a successful talent acquisition experience from the candidate
to the recruiter to the hiring manager
- Manage the ATS system, including accessing and escalating
questions/issues to our HRIS team and creating and disseminating
reporting
- Manage and create new job requisitions submitted by hiring teams
- Special Projects - conduct project work and other job duties when
there is a business need

Qualifications\
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma, general education degree, or
equivalenteducation
- Five (5+) years of professional experience
- Three (3+) years spent supporting HR/Recruiting teams
- Experience scheduling and managing interviews globally and across
various time zones
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with recruiting policies and processes
- Strong skill levels with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams,
etc.)
- While there is a primary location listed on this requisition, other
locations may be considered

- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Experience working with all levels of a matrixed work environment
