Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and
detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our growing team.
This entry-level role provides technical support to employees for their
desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications. The
successful candidate will have a strong foundation in IT troubleshooting
and a willingness to learn more about printer and print service
management.\

What Will You Do?
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues for
end-users
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Maintain desktop software and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve printer-related issues, including driver
installation, network connectivity, and paper jams
- Maintain knowledge of current printer technologies and
troubleshooting techniques
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with
users
- Manage workload and support ticket queues independently

Qualifications\
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two (2+) years of experience
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
\
Bonus Points:
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with printer troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts
